Is A|N registered as a 501(c)(3)? Is it a foundation? Is the organization named "Atheist Nexus"?

Hey Skylar, the business end of A|N is still in development because of the transfer from Kym (Thor) to Richard. I know the goal is to have some type of non-profit aspect if not the whole company. There is some concern about the political references as well as religious discrimination.
I know Kym originally began the paperwork to become a non-profit and stopped after the transfer happened. It has been determined to investigate all possibilities and have some type of structure by the end of the year, if not sooner. Non-profit basically has to do with the tax aspects of A/N. This is also why there is money allocated in the budget for legal fees.
