Stephen Green of Christian Voice (he who picketed the BBC for broadcasting Jerry Springer: The Opera and tried to file a blasphemy suit against them) has today come out (pun intended) in support of the Ugandan Government's bill to criminalise homosexuality with jail terms and the death penalty.

At the same time however, I am fairly sure that they would hate gays with or without Christianity for whatever reason. They just need the theological backing behind their own prejudices.
