I am a member of a large atheist group and will shortly be presenting a lecture on exorcism. In my research I have discovered many famous cases of exorcisms going awry. And they all seem to be religious fundies that have indoctrinated themselves to the point of madness via mass hysteria.
I need to know are there any cases of exorcism where the subject was non-religious.

Not sure if I believe that it is possible. It seemed to me that it always involved spirits, and that to me seems to make it religious.
