Germany has no statistics on homeless people but it does on Mountain Goats

"The government itself doesn't have its statistics offices collect such data. They have information about how many mountain goats there are in Germany, but only North Rhine-Westphalia collects data about how many homeless people there are." [1]

Homelessness working group BAG W estimated in 2012 that there were 284,000 people in various categories of homelessness in Germany, a figure that has been rising quickly since hitting a low of 223,000 in 2008.[2]

I was in the Army and stationed in Germany in the early 1960's. People told me you could see a sex show in downtown Nurnberg with a woman and a donkey. Being religious at the time I did not go.

I still think that whoever thinks these laws up has way too much to me on their hands.
