I was born into a Christian family, but I think I've always had atheism in me from a young age, because I remember when I was 5 or 6 that I asked my dad if it was okay to sometimes doubt God exists. I had doubts about God for 2 or 3 years, for stuff like the Bible's views on homosexuality, women, and divorce. The thing that caused me to go atheist morally was the http://skepticsannotatedbible.com/. The thing that made me go Atheist logicly was Atheist Universe by David Mills. Now I'm an Atheist and I'm never looking back, despite my parents' insistence on church, reading junk like Left Behind after I read Atheist Universe, and getting the other sides view. Course, back when I was a Christian, I didn't need to go read about atheism or even other religons like Hinduism. What hyprocrites, right? But I make do and I'm so happy to find a community where I can express myself!
