The economy in the United States is in a collapse.  The Capitalist system does not work anymore; banks have become more powerful than our politicians.  The government now has a policy based around Fear and Greed.  The rich are getting
richer and more powerful, while the great masses of America wallow in poverty.

Must we continue to exist in this passive state, only living to serve the rich and powerful?  Or do we, the great masses, stand up against the policies of Fear, and Greed, and
God?  We must break the bonds that
separate us, we must pull down the centers of Greed and Fear and we must pull
down the houses of God.

These borders are created to separate us into individuals where we can be controlled easier.

We must stand up, against the tyranny of the centers of Greed, and Fear, and God; quoting John Adams: “People should not fear government, government should fear people.”
Once we stand up to Fear, to Greed, to God, we will become united!

This being said, I advocate the collapse of the Capitalist system and the foundation of the United Socialist Federal Republic, in which the government will exist to serve the people.
Capitalism is Dead.  We must put
it out of it’s misery and move on toward Socialism. (to view the 19 pages of discussion)

Hiram, I think you explained much of the passivity of the American LOWER CLASS.  If they (we?) can't stand to admit that they are destitute, powerless, and that legal remedies offer little hope, they will not struggle for themselves.  We lust after stuff.  We identify with the rich, famous, and powerful.  We pretend to believe the myths that hard work will make us rich, that anyone can be president, and in American we have a system of Justice.  In fact, it is considered in poor taste for anyone  to say that he is poor.  To admit to be low class is unheard of!

As I have stated before, if I can get the United Socialist Federal Republic without out fighting all do it in a heartbeat...But it is the rich--the top 1%--who will see this as a threat and therefore use their power to build up the military and attack.
Not only that but in a nation such as Canada, organised dissent is practically unheard of anymore since government agencies have penetrated all organisations. In addition, governments here plant 'agitateurs' into activists groups to make them appear violent to the population to make sure organisations lose popular support.
I fully support you!

My full vision is to see the world as a Socialist State. A classless society where everyone is equal and everyone works toward the betterment of Humanity.

Just think of the technological advancements that we could create! Think of how advanced we might be!

There will be no rich or poor, no classes, no religion, no government, no military, no church, no banks; we will be free!

Humanity just shake off the bonds which have separated us and controlled us; we must shake off the shackles of Capitalism and move towards Socialism!!

Sounds like Star Trek.

How so?

Do you mean the technological advancements? or the Classless society?

It is true... we could be far more advanced than we are now.

Not finishing the Apollo program was probably the start of the flattening of the curve.

Borders are a huge issue. I feel we need to be consistent in our decision making process. If international borders are open for corporations, then they must be open for people also. If we want to "protect our cushy western lifestyle" with borders, then our corporations should be held to them as well. It is NOT a free market if corporations can be mobile in search of cheap labor, but labor itself not mobile. That is a captive/slave market, not a free market.

To me that is the fundamental difference between the European Union and NAFTA. One Europeans have open borders for all, only money has open borders in North America.

you make a choice, if you want closed borders, they have to be closed for corporations as well, no Nike shoes made by Indian cheap labour, no t-shirts made by Haitian cheap labour, no Chinese toxic processed food mass imported to our tables or toxic children's toys and toothpaste, no stealing of plant genetic biodiversity from South America, no stealing of African resources by Canadian/USA mining companies. Borders are strictly a way for corporations to ensure an endless supply of desperate cheap labour.

Our Western economy is struggling because corporations are outsourcing labour and selling our resources off instead of hiring our own citizens. Yes we have tons of "professional" MDs in Canada, cheap, from the Arab world, and you got to wonder what kind of medical schools they went to. It's a crying shame. I don't want professionals from other countries. We should be training our own people. To use "professionals" from other countries is simply CHEAP.

It's not a complicated system at all. Corporations rule government, twist all laws and regulations in their favor and profit immensely. This is their ONLY purpose. The purpose of a corporation is to maximise profit. NOT to make people happier, healthier, wiser, calmer, none of that.

It doesn't really need deeper delving, it just requires balls and honesty. Marxism?? I don't really give a shyte about Marxism, the only people who are constantly shreaking about the "threat of Marxism" who simply have not recognised that there are many ways to build a nation. Marxism as it's been experienced in the world has simply been state capitalism, really, I couldn't care less for Marxism. I always vote for green parties, we are slightly socially oriented on some issues and slightly conservative on other issues.
