No Muslims don't believe that Jesus was the messiah.

Think of it like a movie. The Torah is the first one, and the New Testament is the sequel. The QU'ran comes out, and it retcons the last one like it never happened. There's still Jesus, but he's not the main character anymore, and the messiah hasn't shown up yet.

Jews like the first movie but ignored the sequels, Christians think you need to watch the first two, but the third movie doesn't count, Muslims think the third one was the best, and Mormons liked the second one so much, they started writing fanfiction that doesn't fit with ANY of the series canon.

So, if I analyze this information in comparison to 'The Matrix' trilogy, I would be Jewish. Although I don't think that deeper analysis would hold up. Neo was too much of a 'Jesus' figure. On the other hand there's 'Star Wars'...
Luke could totally kick Neo's ass...Neo only has power in the computer generated world. Luke has the force and can be used for all intensive purposes in the "real world" application. As far as the aforementioned movies are concerned, they all suck. Far too much blood and finger pointing for my tastes. Entirely too much begging and pleading and people having to be slaves in one sense or the other. God is extremely evil in all 3 versions of this film and is a bit of a narcissist too boot. Threating to kill one's son as a test and then supposedly doing it a 2nd time with your own, which is actually yourself. The plot is completely terrible and without any logical story writing at all. The holy books rated M for morons. Out of 5 stars I give it 0.
