What is your definition about Individualism ?

I'd say, the habit or principle of being independent and self-reliant.

It also includes the concept of self-expression without fear of repression or censorship, so long as that expression doesn't negatively impact another.

Independence and self-reliance are interesting factors as regards religion, which seeks to strip those qualities in favor of conformity to tradition, doctrine and dogma.

I agree with you. Gandhi wasn't an individualist they were altruist. As far as I know Gandhi did nothing to us. He just made our political system more complicated. 

Over emphasis on the productive force (poeisis) of one brain rather than the weighted dice of the community and its institutions and mores. On the Darwinan level it is the gaze of fitness estimation as applied to the solitary creature.

They have no regard for society, state, god, morality. They're outlaw.

With the world population over 7 billion there are bound to be a lot of individuals about;
