Ok, I'll start:
1). Red wine, Multi vitamin and mineral tablet, phosphatidylserine, acetyl-L-carnatine, garlic, ginseng, black coffee with a touch of hot chocolate.
2). Yeah, it seems so, and it varies person to person.
3). By reading and being my own research subject.
4). What currently passes for Wheat, beef, milk, deep fried food and pork are my chief metabolic hazards.
5). Things that work for me I encorporate. Things that don't, I avoid.
