This is the place to post that hilarious irreligious YouTube video, an irreverent, anti-religious cartoon, or other humorous bit of media. Posts that do not reflect an atheist/irreligious theme will be deleted. (Don't make me go Old Testament.)

Lewis Black: The Flintstones is not a documentary.

A slightly longer version of the clip that used to be here.

I dunno, there are other churches that have the same level of hatred against homosexuals and similar targets.  WBC is just the first one to take it on the road, in such a manner.

I don't think the kid in the video is one of them, though.  I think he's just pranking them, but you never know.

I don't think so. The only people that believe the same things they preach in that church have to be brought up that way. I hope...

Wow, yeah.  That one, 'Awkward Closeted Gay Tries to Join Westboro Baptist Church,' is just so freaking bizarre.  Is that Asian kid serious, do you think?

I have a good YouTube channel for everyone:
It has both funny and serious videos about christianity.

I always ask Christians how they'd feel about having someone present stories about Mohamed or about any of the Pagan religions as fact, to their impressionable, elementary-school child ... never mind that Mohamed is at least based upon historical fact, unlike the Jesus character, as far as extra-holy-book verification is concerned. If they object to the teaching of other religious background as fact, yet still refuse to accept the 'indoctrination' label for their own, they deserve whatever abuse you want to heap upon them.

@Alice Carr
I don't even know I would say that the point of that section was to be funny as much as it was to offend the guy and piss him off to see what happens. While it's not funny, it is very entertaining.

Shane Caldwell is a comedian in Nashville, and although I don't know what he believes or disbelieves, I thought he, and the Hard Rock Cafe for whom (which?) he made this video, captured perfectly the hypocrisy in religion:

funny until the sexual abuse came up - i don't know if that was true, but it struck me as not very funny at all - but yes, very amusing otherwise...

I tried to post the picture earlier but I guess I don't know as much as I thought. The church around the corner has a small pen in the parking lot with a poor looking fake cow inside. On the outside is the Eat mor chicken sign except it has the same old Holstein cow holding a sign that says Eat mor Bible. My son and I have tried to figure out what this means all day. Frankly the bible would be way to tough and try for my taste but then again. these are the same people who want to munch on the body of their zombie god. Also the church sign has an interesting quote this week.  Spring is gods way of saying I love you.  So is winter his I'll mess you up, message. Also I live in the south where we have had a large number of deaths due to the spring storms. So I guess these people must have really ticked the old boy off and he decided kill them with his love. Oh well I said I live in the south. Laughing at the religious nuts is about all I have.

Thanks Mutt13.  I needed that.  I've seen it before, but with all the "Happy Easter" crap I've seen all over today, it was refreshing.
