Atheist Humor

This is the place to post that hilarious irreligious YouTube video, an irreverent, anti-religious cartoon, or other humorous bit of media. Posts that do not reflect an atheist/irreligious theme will be deleted. (Don't make me go Old Testament.)

Lewis Black: The Flintstones is not a documentary.

A slightly longer version of the clip that used to be here.

The real giggle is that this guy would be horrified is someone claimed to be a real female god.

@Rosemary--he certainly claims to speak for him. (For his God, that is--whichever that may be, given the buffet of belief systems he seems to pick-and-choose from.)

I think even Aphrodite would pass this guy up--her standards were higher.

@Rosemary. Unless he's looking for a Greek goddess. Aphrodite mated with quite a few mere mortals.

@Rosemary By the looks of it--yes.

The Godess seeker fails to realize that godessess are usually uninterested in mere mortals for mates. Does this guy think he is a god?

Atheists make very unmotivated Satan worshipers.

Believe it or not. Here on the James Randi Forum in a discussion: "Archaeology Proves the Bible?" is the daddy of them all:

"At least I brought some info in this thread about a famous Archaeologist (Sir William Mitchell Ramsay) who praised the Bible and Luke for their accuracy
Sir William Ramsay? The guy who lived in the early 19th century who does not have over 150years of modern archeological or historical data available to him when he made that statement?"

Sir William Ramsay
was either very deluded, or very drunk when he wrote that drivel.
We don't even know who the author/s of Luke were let alone a great historian."

My reply:
You have the WRONG DUDE guys:

Sir William Ramsay
The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 1904

William Ramsay was born in Glasgow on October 2, 1852, the son of William Ramsay, C.E. and Catherine, née Robertson. He was a nephew of the geologist, Sir Andrew Ramsay.

Now go and say 5 Our Fathers and 6 Hail Marys for the Intentions of the First Church of Atheism.

I can anyone does not know these deluded members were refering to Gerald Ramsey a famous amateur archaeologist who worked around the Ancient Egyptian sites. Bible thumers don't like him.
