Atheist Humor

This is the place to post that hilarious irreligious YouTube video, an irreverent, anti-religious cartoon, or other humorous bit of media. Posts that do not reflect an atheist/irreligious theme will be deleted. (Don't make me go Old Testament.)

Lewis Black: The Flintstones is not a documentary.

A slightly longer version of the clip that used to be here.

Patricia, the bath time comic is hilarious!

I wonder if comics and jokes like that will play a role in reducing various religious authority figures to a more human scale!

That's a good one, Loren.

I do like that "meta-joke".

Idaho, it might be that a lot of people, including myself, had already heard that joke.

I just watched a talk by Bill Nye where he told a joke at the start.  The audience didn't laugh much, so he said "Funny to me.  Sorry."  I agreed with the audience, but thought I should post it here for the few that like it.  After all, he is Bill Nye, so here's his Joke:

A Rabbi, a Catholic Priest, and an Ayatollah go into a bar, and the bartender says “What?  Is this a joke?”

Sentient, you are new to this group?   Welcome.

This is the first group I joined after finding A|N.  In fact, this group is what brought me to A|N.  I stumbled upon a funny blasphemous joke on the internet and traced it back here to this group.  That was in January of 2011.  I've been an active member on A|N ever since.

Feels like I've been here a lot longer than just 3-1/2 years.

Yes, Pat, that British comedy clip is hilarious.

Actually, Joseph P, many of the early converts to Mormonism came from England. The LDS still actively pursues missionary work in Europe. Hell, Mitt Romney did his obligatory missionary work in France. Trying to convince the French not to smoke, drink cafe au lait, or wine. That worked out real well!
