Atheist Humor

This is the place to post that hilarious irreligious YouTube video, an irreverent, anti-religious cartoon, or other humorous bit of media. Posts that do not reflect an atheist/irreligious theme will be deleted. (Don't make me go Old Testament.)

Lewis Black: The Flintstones is not a documentary.

A slightly longer version of the clip that used to be here.

BTW, I'm German...

"Also, I really don't think the Fundies have any sense of humor."

Well, they do, but we call it bigotry, racism, etc.

"Why do we call them Fundies if they're not really any FUN, though?

(Don't answer; it's a rhetorical question)"

….I'm going to answer anyway.

Spell Check has the answer, it always tries to change "fundies" into "fun dies". Makes me chuckle everytime.

Also, I really don't think the Fundies have any sense of humor.  They're like the Germans that way, except I don't think they're in love with David Hasselhoff to the same degree.

Why do we call them Fundies if they're not really any FUN, though?

By coming up with a fundie response, then inserting as many buzz-words as I could come up with that came close to fitting.

The fundies don't make any sense, when they say this shit, so you don't necessarily have to make sense when you're imitating them.

"Ohhhhhhhhh, so that's what a dogmatic is. ^.^"

Close, …a "dogmatic disconnect", …get it?

"By inserting a fundie response, then sticking in whatever buzz-words I could come up with that came close to fitting."

…I thought it was funny.

Let's have fun with POE by adding a P, and giving a li'l spin...

OK Joe, but tell; how did you get the subject of scientism and naturalism off of my story?

Ohhhhhhhhh, so that's what a dogmatic is. ^.^

Chris, the rest of us are still enjoying playing off of the subject. It'll die down when we get bored with it. You don't get to unilaterally declare the subject closed.

Sometimes POE's happen regardless of intent...
