Atheist Humor

This is the place to post that hilarious irreligious YouTube video, an irreverent, anti-religious cartoon, or other humorous bit of media. Posts that do not reflect an atheist/irreligious theme will be deleted. (Don't make me go Old Testament.)

Yeah, I have some concerns about those jokes. I mean, comedy is supposed to explore the "edges" of society, but there are limits. Does anyone remember the photoshopped picture of a watermellon patch at the White House when Obama was sworn in? That sh*t was obviously racist as well as not funny.

And the entire "exodus-wandering in the desert" thing is a myth, anyway.  Archaeologists have been searching for 100 years in the Sinai, and have found no buried graves (the 40 years was supposed to be the time it took for the people who wanted to go back to Egypt to die of old age ... although, the buybull-writers seem to use "40 years" or "40 days" to mean "a long time") nuttin.'  How many millions of people was "Moses" supposed to have led?  There should still be some traces...

Maybe she was only talking about the non-atheistic Jews?  O.o  I dunno, man, I was wondering about that, myself.

Could be, but long before Herod and Pilate, the Egyptians, Romans, Greeks, etc. all knew about "diseased grain" and what the results would be if you baked with it.  Lucius Cornelius Sulla was something of an expert on recreational drugs.  (And possibly poisons.)

Women knew that ergot was an abortifacient...and used it.  And there is not one word in the buybull about that!  Heh.

From what I was told, he was a hermit and happened across some strange mushrooms....

@Linda Kennedy

*snerk!*  I think the author of "Revelation" found something better than Ganja....that book should be retitled, "World's First Recorded Acid Trip."

I waited for the tab to stop toolbar.  Reloaded with a right click, it appeared immediately.  Peculiar to say the least. Since I'm here, I kind of went wild with this thing:

Ning is what handles most of the message board controls, yeah.  I need to have scripts from enabled to do pretty much anything with the site, even with enabled.  That would be the one causing the problems.

There's a lot of variation between the tools used for the message threads, the comment wall, and private messages.  What you said about it appearing in some sections but not here in comments would be consistent
with that.  I imagine it's choking on some specific bit of code that isn't necessarily used by each variation of the text-entry box controls.

I've never used Chrome much, so I can't really compare any specifics.  I don't think I've ever used it to load this site.  I wouldn't think a mouse-over would do anything.  Very weird.
