Lewis Black: The Flintstones is not a documentary.

A slightly longer version of the clip that used to be here.

I heard Trailer Park Boys made it to America. Maybe it's only on certain channels late at night or something? It's really funny, you should watch it.

Mike, re: return to god... I try to remind people "the good ole days" sucked! No antibiotics, women couldnt vote, blacks were severly oppressed, no worker's rights etc, etc.
NoSacredCow, daaaamn, I'd almost forgot about that flick. She graduated from the same high school I did, a year after me. We hardly knew each other at all, though, because she was in the chearleader crowd and I was rollin with za Uber Geeks.
Rudy, I didn't watch it either, I can't stand to hear his voice for more than ten to fifteen seconds.
Patricia, a-fucking-men! Used to call Thanksgiving "Happy Sit Down And Eat With The Indiginous People Before We Commit Genocide Against Them Day" hehehe

The Power of Prayer - A female CNN journalist heard about a very old Jewish man who had been going to the Western Wall to pray twice a day, every day, for a very long time.
So she went to check it out. She went to the Western Wall and there he was, walking slowly up to the holy site.
She watched him pray and after about 45 minutes, when he turned to leave, using a cane and moving very slowly, she approached him for an interview.
'Pardon me, sir, I'm from CNN. How long have you been coming to the Western Wall and praying?'
'I have been praying here faithfully for 60 years.'
'60 years! That's amazing! What do you pray for at the Western Wall?'
'I pray for peace between the Christians, Jews, and Muslims. I pray for all the wars and all the hatred to stop.’
'And how do you feel after praying here for 60 years?'
'Like I'm talking to a friggin' wall.'

@Mike You are talking about a county where most people don't know basic geography. How would they know about different cultures.

Comment by Rudy V Kiist on September 1, 2010 at 11:20am, I did not watch watch the "Glenn Beck speech" and it astounds me how the Americans even give him the time of day...he really is a joke everywhere else.

Mike, you're forgetting how self-centered America is. 9/11 was a wake-up call, but just like everyone I knew was saying would happen, we're falling back asleep. We'd have been completely oblivious again, by now, if the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan weren't still going on.

So I can safely assume everybody watched the Restoring Honor rally put on by Glenn Beck in front of the Lincoln Memorial? I'm sure you're all big fans of his work...
