Nope, not the only girl.  As a 49ers faithful fan I'm soooooo angry to read the latest on the Saint's.  Really? An audio recording of you telling them to knock out our QB, WR, RB, TE AND special teams returner?!  AAARRRGGH!

Hey everyone! Does anyone post in this group anymore? It looks pretty dead. And am I the only girl? Come on people! It's a pretty exciting off season for once, there should be plenty to talk about...

Except for Pat Tillman, the only atheist athlete I can think of is Lance Armstrong.

Probably been asked, but does anyone know if there are any atheists or agnostics in the NFL or other pro sports?

Or any other religion.

anyone else get annoyed when the nfl goes out of it's to point out how christian some of it's stars are.. i get that they are trying to build a "marketable" image but it's so lame that they would never brag about a players dedication to science and reason

You've got to give him credit, though. When was the last time you heard a player blaming god for anything? He is usually just given the credit if something good happens.

OMG, is this for real? ROTFLMAO!!!!

Dear Mr. Johnson,

Next time, Stevie, just catch the fucking ball. It isn't rocket science. You get paid a shitload of money to do one thing. Catch. The. Ball. Please don't rely on, credit, or blame divine intervention. To paraphrase the Great Orator, hands that catch the fucking ball are better far than lips that pray.

Wisconsin's win is made even sweeter by Michigan's loss. In the words of the Dead Schembechlers, Rodriguez is a weasel!

Here we go, Steelers, here we go! Beat the Punkin' Heads!
