I don't think humanity is advance enough yet to work something like the hadron collider, I don't think its going to work in my personal opinion.

You were prescient, hunter.

The claims in popular media by cosmologists that the LHC has found their Higgs boson remind me of the daily newspaper claim I saw in the 1950s that scientists had found perpetual motion.

What the scientists found was a Tampa (Florida) newspaper columnist who knew little or nothing of science. I was then at the University of Florida studying science and mathematics.
