A group for those who seek Truth in Dog, this group will hopefully serve as a focal cluster of individuals who are 1) nontheists and 2) companions of canines. It goes without saying that all who choose to associate here have a humane orientation and are concerned with animal welfare as basic prerequisites, but this group exists more specifically for nontheist dog people to share their mutual regard for Canis Familiaris. To paraphrase a wry old observation, "If DOG didn't exist, we would have to invent him", such is the unique role dogs play in our lives. Together, through shared experience and reflection on our doggy friends, we may become the superior persons our dogs think we are...
