This is what is listed on amazon.....

  • We know electric noodle makers bring much convenience but your tongue wouldn’t speak this out. The flavor differs a lot as the dough would repay your hands’ massage.
  • Your personal family noodle talent, with new color matching design.
  • Two removable head cutters (1.5mm thin noddle, 4mm wide noodle) to control the noodle width and 7 files to adjust thickness (0.5mm-2.5mm). 7 Files: 1-2 for dough, 3-4 for noodles, 5-6 dumpling skin, 7 wonton skin
  • Food grade material: aluminium alloy cutter, carbon steel roller, corrosion resisting and anti-rust.
  • Cleaning method: dry cloth, dough. NOT water washable, use hair drier or dry cloth to remove water on its face.
  • Size: 8.2*6.9*6.1 inch, weight 6.6 lb. Stable fixation when using.

It just says use a cloth, or a piece of dough & dispose of it.

Cleaning a noodle maker offers a good task to do when you want to sit down, listen to something interesting, and clean away. Let me know if it is tedious for you to clean. The manufacturer may have found an easy-to-clean-model.

I hope so. I hate cleaning things.

It does sound easy to clean.

I'm also thinking of trying rice crackers too, as I like them but they are so expensive. Then I can try different herb & spice combinations.

Nice looking pasta maker, Patricia. Can't wait to hear how your first "batch" turns out. Do it soon.

I look forward to learning of your recipes and fine pasta dishes you create. Keep us informed. It looks like a good choice for you.

Cleaning this is with a piece of dough that can be discarded or with a cloth. Water is never involved apparently.
