Just retook the CSF survey...anyone else notice how much the assessment at the end sounds like an online horoscope?

Definitely more, I just didn't want to litter up the current page with a bunch of cut-n-paste jobs..lol I just stumbled on this on accident, didn't know if it had already been posted, but I hope it's useful nonetheless.

Now that is a gold mine...  definitely more than two on the list.

When I was stationed at Ft. Bliss there was a huge red awning that had bright yellow lettering on it.  It said "For God and Country" on it. I just saw a page with mottos on it, and there are a couple that give mottos to 'god'. I don't know if that may be something along the lines that Dennis is talking about. i.e.

108 GENERAL HOSPITAL PRO DEO ET PATRIA FOR GOD AND COUNTRY
123 QUARTERMASTER BN DEO VOLENTE BY GOD'S WILL

Here is the website with a list of Army mottos on it.

That is of course altogether different.  Send along any details and that would be enough to follow up on, just to make sure it isn't lying around anywhere.

four years ago when I was in that brigade, the chapter and verse was annotated at the bottom and on a lot of internal publications the entire verse was written. I might still have some of that nonsense in my junk around here.

"Send Me" is in Isaiah... I checked the site and some other references, but didn't find any other Bible reference.  It's probably fair to assume that was the original inspiration, but it's probably too much of a stretch to assume everyone gets the reference with no other context attached.

Like 2nd Brigade, 3rd ID's motto "Send Me" from Isaiah 6:8. Taken in context with the whole chapter, it's quite disturbing.
