Washington State Legislature has now passed Marriage Equality. Since Governor Gregoire was forceful in promoting the bill. she is expected to sigh. The majority of state residents actually support keeping equality in place, as of the last poll that I saw. But if such a measure did pass, then the California Measure 8 Repeal could have relevance, even though taylored to apply solely to the California situation.
