David, I was thinking the same thing. Would it have happened if the couple was straight? Don't know, but my gut seems to think no.
Oh no, my mind is like the blending of a Salvador Dali painting and a Tim Burton movie. It's pretty frightening. As for the Atlantis cruise, I guess I can see how the arrests were valid. However, the question I would pose is whether the couple would've been arrested if they were straight. Would they have been hauled down to ye olde station and made an example of?
Gay boogieman indeed. Last I heard, most people were born by the combination of an egg and a sperm. Which means gay people were conceived by straight people. Huh. Imagine that. Don't tell Santorum that. It'll just give him more ammunition. He'll invariably make the womans fault. Thanks SB.
On that gay cruise - here is Atlantis' take on the arrests.
David - because it's such a nice place to be.
SB - If I had a dollar every time I said this, I might be slightly richer than I am (don't have a precise number for you): Why are you in me?
David, mind-meld is a scary thing. But don't worry - I'm gentle.
Tony, I don't know. The more blatant homophobia the past few months probably reflects the election process. Gay boogieman gonna get your kids if you don't vote right. When the election passes, we'll have to sort it out, sort of like a tornado.
Question. Do you think the rise of honophobia is a last gasp before change? Ex. the U.S. civil war as an active last gasp to stop abolition of slavery? I know not the only reason, but the major cause. And the civil rights movement. I grew up in Mississippi and saw the reactionary last gasp of overt racism of the average person. Granted, it is still around, but no longer supported by your average American. Just as a recent poll on LGBT rights show, most Americans support most, if not all rights for the community. And most of them are straight. I know the work of the LGBT community is far from over, but is this just as I seem to see, or do you think there is something there? Thanks guys. Please let me know if you think I'm right, wrong, or just howlin' at the moon in my underwear again.
Are you following my YouTube history or something!? I literally just watched this and posted it everywhere!
