I've often felt as if I belonged on the Island of Misfit Toys.  I've always loved the gay dentist elf.

I get so pissed off at these NOM and Brian Brown types.  They try so hard to spread their hate here in the States.  But when they have essentially lost their battle (and public and monetary support), do they get a life and call it quits?  No.  They feel compelled to export their failed ideology and hate abroad.

My major concern is that they are infiltrating countries which already treat their LGBT communities brutally.  As if these poor individuals didn't have it bad enough already.  I just grieve for what they have to endure.

Historicity and objective facts are SO twentieth cenetury.

Interesting that the social justice left extremists are as fact-phobic as the right wing.  I mean really, is everyone, everywhere, looney toonz?  "many of these students don't believe in either historicity or objective facts. (They denounce the latter as being a tool of the white cisheteropatriarchy.)"  Is the the Salem Witch Trial on acid?

Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer is "is totally, absolutely, 100 percent, Neil-Patrick-Harris-French-kissing-Ricky-Martin gay".    I always thought he was some sort of allegory for Jesus or something.  I do admit to having impure thoughts about Yukon Cornelius, when I was young and innocent.

BB, Brown just makes me tired of human beings.  That post made me wonder whatever happened to NOM founder Maggie Gallagher, the Vogon poetess who was abandoned to the planet earth because she was too unpleasant even for other members of her species.  Turns out she's become an enthusiastic Trumpophile and writes for the Daily Standard.  Go figure.

Per Religion Dispatches:

In a very different take on Human Rights Day, an anti-LGBT manifesto dubbed the “Cape Town Declaration” was released by the International Organization for the Family, a new group headed by Brian Brown, who already serves as president of the US based National Organization for Marriage and the World Congress of Families, which is now described as a project of the IOF. Brown has been trying to launch an international version of NOM for a few years and it seems as if he has done so, with a declaration whose signers pledge “to resist the rising cultural imperialism of Western powers whose governments seek nothing less than the ideological colonization of the family.” Brown’s goal is to gather two million signatures for the declaration within a year; among early signers are religious leaders like Foley Beach, Archbishop of the Anglican Church in North America; Catholic Bishop Emmanuel Badejo of Ojo, Nigeria; Lawrence Khongy, pastor of Faith Community Baptist Church in Singapore; and Orthodox Priest Josiah Trenham, a California-based World Congress of Families speaker.

One of the more fetching (for humor, not truth value) explanations I've run across is "libidinous dyslexia."

Carl, that sounds interesting. If there is a woman inside you, which restroom does she use?

I dont think Im posessed by ghosts or demons.  More likely, my proclivities were caused by space aliens who abducted me at a young age, doing tests and experiments.
