Low crab diet: Ha!

I see errors like that quite often and wonder if the food or product can be trusted.

Whoa! Can this be believed?

I ran into this yogurt a few days ago. It's not for people on a low-crab diet, or with allergies to crustacean shellfish:

Everyone should read today's (Nov. 8) Dr. Mercola message on flu vaccines. I'm sure you can "google it".

Nice to hear that positive experiences in the gym are possible, Ruth! But I won't go back!

As an elderly gym rat, I identify somewhat with guys who try to  build up their bodies. It's a minor human failing, in my opinion, like overdoing jogging or yoga. I don't have conversations with the body builders, just take turns using machines with them, but they're nice guys. To me overemphasis on on muscle isn't repulsive. It's not harmful unless they use steroids. They're not hurting anyone. Almost all of them are eye candy.

That is my impression, too Chris. Just try to have a conversation with a muscle.

Yes, he looks like too many muscles and no brain - I hate that type!

The photo of the muscle man with the tiny, little, eenie, weenie dogie is just about as repulsive as a human body can be ... IMHO.

"Chewable Multi-vitamins" otherwise known as raspberries?
