I've been to Goa and my relatives are so religious...on all of Atheist Nexus I found one Goan, but he hasn't been on in it would have been cool to meet a Goan atheist!

Both John and I are really looking forward to meeting like minded people in Cochin. I will arrive on 26th March (John, the day after) and we won't be leaving on the rally until the 28th. Is there anybody around on the 26th/27th March that we could meet? The details of our trip can be found here :

Hoping it is not mandatory to be Indian to join this group...I've been married to an Indian for years and still think of India as a big part of my life.

Rationalist International was founded in Kerela. Its headed by Sanal Edamaruku, a rationalist activist and promoter of free-thinking. You're very likely to find like-minded people in India.

Hi Folks,
I am coming to India at the end of March, going from Cochin to Sikkim via the East coast. Is anyone near these areas as I would love to meet atheists from India? Thanks Richard

Hi ,Pankaj Kulkarni , Kerala used to have rationalist but these days even communists are extremely religious. Most of the atheists like me are trying to get out of here as soon as possible .Theists don't hate you they just feel sorry for you and that sucks..

I'll check out that site
