Why the GOP Is Getting Away With Extremist Laws

Now we in the US are feeling the effects of a right wing Supreme Court, which enables voter disenfranchisement and abortion denial on the basis of manufactured "facts" (under  Gonzales v. Carhart ) and impossible criteria (under no circumstance would an application of the challenged law be constitutional, under Ayotte v. Planned Parenthood).
