the sickest part, was the man needs help, medical. t his age spending that kind of money,on somthing in his head, that if he had said the aleins were landing on that day, they would have put him on meds.
all those people worked up over a guy in his 80's with dementia
That's not what I got out of his statement. What he had been saying all along is that Jesus was going to come back and Rapture away all of the true believers, on May 21st. Then, the world is going to end on October 21st.
He's declared that everything is still going according to plan, and the world will end on October 21st. He's just added in some bullshit about the May 21st thing being a spiritual rapture, rather than a physical one ... whatever the hell that means.
As near as I can work out, he means something to the effect that those who will be saved has already been determined, as of May 21st. I dunno. The whole statement is gibberish.
What's a real pain in the ass is that I can already see what's going to happen after October 21st. I've seen his calculations. His calculations are adjusted for the existence of the year Zero. There is no year Zero. After October 21st, he's going to "realize" that and correct for that extra year he added in, giving him an identical set of dates for 2012. He'll then be able to bilk his supporters for huge amounts of money, for a clarification campaign next year.
any atheist like biking? close to charlotte or cleveland co. anywhere in between?..im talking harly,,not peddle bike.
any motor bike will due,,lmao..im not a bike snob..just looking to hang with like minded bikers
I know. I was talking to a nurse, at work. She's black. She told stories about how when she'd go to a call in eastern NC, she would often be told, at the door, that people like her weren't welcome there, and the patient in question was unavailable.
There was nothing for the company to do but have her come back and send out a white nurse. You can't even check for that sort of thing ahead of time, because asking if the family is a bunch of Klan members isn't something you just ask every member in certain counties.
If the area is that freaking backwards, I can imagine how they're likely to react to atheists. Fortunately, we don't wear our minority status on our face, like African-Americans do.
