I'm not far from Oro Valley, I live in Continental Ranch just west of the freeway.
Hi, I live in Rio Rico. I have a Significant Other up in Oro Valley so I do get up to Tucson sometimes.
I wish I had enough free time to hike that much, maybe in a couple years. Thanks Marty, I may have to explore the higher country until it cools off, or we get more rain, as everything is so dry right now.
I love to hike and try to hike around 100 miles a month. I very seldom find water though, sometimes water on Ventana or Sabino canyons. I hike the Tucson mountains, Rincons and Catalinas all year long, lately mostly the Tucson Mountains but planning to hit some of the high trails where it'll be cooler.
