In to town this AM to see my Dad and go to the library. I think I'm coming down with a cold--picked it up from my granddaughter, the downside to babysitting!

Am on my once a week "fast"--no breakfast (but coffee!). Had a 7:40 appt. with the doctor--6 mo checkup. No problems (except my thumb arthritis). BP 109/65!!!

Mindy, I don't "balance" my checkbook anymore. The computer does it for me (Regions Bank). So nice!

With it raining at present, I hope this isn't another day wiothout golf. I had to babysit my grandkids yest. Hot oatmeal with fresh coffee and o.j. was delicious this morning.

Sorry, Mindy, your taste buds aren't working. Hope the party is/was fun, with good food! We received exactly one inch of rain overnight. Yeah!

Two day old coffee stinks! But, I hate having to clean and start anew every day, so I make several cups worth which lasts me two days. I mean it's not THAT bad, but freshly brewed coffee is much better. Have a good weekend, all.

Rainy morning, which is good. We need it. Breakfast of hot oat meal with strawberries of course! Need I add coffee, too?

A big bowl of fresh strawberries for breakfast this morning--with coffee, of course! Have a great week.

Beautiful day here too - just drank some dark roast coffee and bought some video games. Oh can you link your blog Richard? I would love to read it.

Richard, living in the present works for me. Every now and then, my religious past pops up in my mind, but for the most part, I've chosen to eliminate all the bad memories. Good luck. Don't forget to smell the coffee on your journey!

Good Coffee;Good Company.

I started a blog.As an answer to; does the religious past affect the present?

It is a way for me to let U and Others into me.
