Sounds good Joan! Talking with animals in the morning makes a happy start!

What a great way to start a day!

I make a two cup coffee in the French press coffee maker at night and pur them in thermos coffee cups and take them to my bedroom so that I can have coffee if I wake up before Laura and Larry. They both work late into the night because that is their most productive time. They sleep in and I don't want to disturb their rest. I go to bed early and get up early.

When I wake up, Dominic waits until I get settled in my chair and have my coffee close by and when I give the signal, he runs over all full of energy. I give him a good hand rub because he likes that. Then I get the brush and comb out and he stands or sits so that I can reach all of his body. His black coat just glimmers.

Sounds good Randy. Maybe I'll make a pancake too, its been awhile.

Pancakes and coffee for breakfast. Yum. It's a windy, wet Sunday morning. Doesn't look like I'll be walking outside today. I'll walk in my basement.

Don't forget to laugh today!

A strong cup coffee this morning cured my "caffeine headache". Or perhaps it was the French toast! Both were good.

Enjoying a beautiful sunrise looking out my upstairs computer room window. It's fun to watch it move north and south as the seasons progress.

Hope your day goes well.

I have tea, a glass of water, & breakfast when I get up, & the 2 cups of coffee at 3 or 4 pm. I can't do coffee in the morning.

I only get two cups of coffee when I get up. I don't drink more coffee, or my heart starts beating in an unpleasant way.

I think many of us are just short & stocky, like it or not.

I make my coffee from a mixture of dark roast, espresso, & decaf. Good flavour, & I don't get the shakes.

Watching a beautiful sunrise on the first full day of Autumn, while sipping coffee at my computer.

No breakfast this morning as I'm doing an "intermittent fasting" day. It helps to keep my belly smooth.

It's suppose to be quite hot and humid today--in the 90's, so I'm going on my daily walk in about 10 minutes.

It's great to be alive--agree?
