Roasted 50 pounds of coffee last weekend...then roasted 5lbs for myself a couple nights ago...

1: Papua New Guinea, Kimel Estate Peaberry - fruits, herbs, acidity, all wrapped up in a syrupy body.  Terrific drip/pourover/frenchpress, but equally terrific under the right espresso settings.  City Plus Roast (light roast).

2: My wife's favorite, the House Blend of a commercial customer.  50/50 Brazil Santos, SaoFrancisco farm and Guatemala Antigua, Molina Royale. Full City Roast (medium) nuts and chocolate, with a moderate acidity, and long finish.  Great breakfast blend/everyday coffee.

Hi Richard I got behind here. I had the roofers out and they have been working. Then I got DVR and the cable company had to fix some connections - so lots of stuff to do around the house. Drinking coffee - hope you have a great day!

I am having lots of coffee this morning and my ice coffee to be is cooling in the refrigerator.I will be working 4 hours today.Everyone should have the retail experience of working in a theist atmosphere.Peoples pay lots of money to keep their children separate and unequal. It is both funny and sad.

I'm doing well. Enjoying a nice cup of a natural Maui mokka coffee. Mildly flavored, sweet flavors, with a crisp acidity, and a smokey finish.
