Speaking of DHMO (dihydrogen monoxide), bottlers and sellers of the stuff would like us to believe we need to drink eight glasses per day to maintain health, but that widely repeated advice is in fact "thoroughly debunked nonsense", according to Dr. Margaret McCartney in the British Medical Journal.
