G Cat, That's interesting. I had a friend on a movie site who's name was "stenchofpiss". I never ask him why he chose that repulsive name just in case the question would bother him. I liked him. He was funny and we agreed about movie ratings. He disappeared before the site did.
Gamers' usernames reveal a lot about their real-world personalities and their ages. "What's in a name? More than you think..." (ScienceDaily)
"Where a player incorporated a profanity or other anti-social expression in their user name, they tended to adopt similar anti-social behaviour in the game environment. Conversely... positive in-game behaviour such as rapid learning, team building or leadership might correlate both with positive usernames and with positive personality traits in the real world.
"...where numbers featured in user names, it often provided an indication of the age of players."
(The study analyzed 500,000 data points from the multiplayer online battle arena game League of Legends, including "Honour" and "Report" feedback from other players.)

We got it the day it came out ... well, technically pre-ordered about a month in advance, because of a 24%-off deal through Green Man Gaming. Pulled up the game at about 12:15, because I was busy with other stuff at midnight. I'd probably be over level 30 by now, if we hadn't had a house guest from Vietnam who needed stuff from me about 8 hours a day for the past week.
Plus, I lose the gaming machine for about 5 hours each evening, when someone else acquires it for her Fallout 4 playing. I don't think my 1.4 GHz quad-core laptop with an integrated graphics chipset can handle the game, so I'm having to rely on our gaming desktop, which can handle the game at ultra settings.
Evie also welcome to the group and I am happy to see new members. Glad to have you here.
I hope to get the new Fallout 4 soon -anyone else get the game?
Welcome Jessica and Wayne to the group.
Anyone getting Fallout 4 tonight?
Thanks for the welcome! :-)
Yaakov welcome to the group.
