Hi Catherine, I wonder if insomnia is common among Atheists? I sleep on and off for only 2 or 3 hours each night and am usually out of bed by 3:30 – 4:00. I like it though, as I like to walk or hike before sunrise. Otherwise doing great.

I haven't seen it mentioned here at all, but if anyone is interested, there is a FABULOUS book called The Introvert Advantage. Reading the book, I swear that I felt it had been written specifically for me! You should check it out if you have the chance. (No, I don't get paid for this. ;-) )
