Works for me as well. Sane, humanistic, and actually more demanding -- that we think about consequences -- than the lists of dos and don'ts that many religions present BecauseGodSaidSo. (And sometimes, acceptable harm can be outweighed by a greater good, such as when a surgeon cuts into someone's body with the goal of saving someone's life or dramatically improving their quality of life.)
Save that thou dost no harm, do as thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.
