Think back to those early Saturday mornings where you woke up before your parents did so you could watch cartoons. Reluctant to leave bed on a school day,you ran downstairs at 6:30 am for your favorite show. Remember those animes that producers had to dumb down for us to watch? What was the first anime you ever watched? What was that first one that you fell in love with and watched religiously?Pokemon? Card Captor Sakura? Sailor Moon?Think about it a little and tell me.See More
Greetings, éminence grise! I notice you haven't been active at Atheist Nexus lately. <sigh> Sometimes it can seem a bit fragmented, with different groups for every interest. Please consider a group for socializing, where we talk about whatever's on our minds, Hang With Friends. :D You might feel more at home.
I went to a school that insisted on us attending daily prayers. I caught up on a lot of homework in those otherwise wasted minutes. The school charter called for us to be brought up "in godliness and good learning." Apparently the pass mark was 50% because I wasn't expelled for only managing one out of two of those things.
well I wouldn't even say Miyazaki is anime. He is an animator, but his films aren't of the same style as most mainstream anime. He would fall under foreign film/ animation. You know what i like if you read the discussions on the group lol. I never shut up about it hehe :P Hope to see you around the A/N!
There are many people here that will say looking the other way is hard when the other side is coming after you. But, there are others that will agree with you. Personally, I don't look for confrontation but, I will not shy away from a fight. By fight I mean discussion.
