I'm a fellow atheist and a science fiction/fantasy writer. Through Project EBook Drop on Smashwords, I and other writers are making our e-books available for free to deployed military personnel. Larry Center tells me that, through Military Atheists, you can help publicize the project. For further information and to enroll in the project, people can contact Ed Patterson at email@example.com. Thanks for helping to spread the word.
