"Good morning (at least for me)! Started the day off with peach topped French toast (my peaches), and coffee (electric perked). Looks like a nice day--too nice to sit indoors watching boring golf or baseball on TV. I can always find something to do…"

"Good point Randy. I can't stand coffee that's touched any sort of electric appliance, or that's been warmed up. I get Starbucks Yukon blend and Starbucks French roast at Costco and mix them. Grind it fresh every morning and use a…"

"Good "Hump Day" morning. Of course, being retired, that's a meaningless term. Hot oatmeal with fresh blueberries (picked last week) and coffee for breakfast. Ready to tackle the day. After my walk, I need to cut and remove 3 large…"

"I agree with Don--"the jury is out"--regarding gluten-free food. It's one of those see-saw issues. Same with coffee, eggs, bacon, etc., which, by the way, is what I had for breakfast this morning. Then, I went for a 5 mile walk to…"

At least I'm now sleeping. I don't think there's much we can do to fight this insidious cult thing. It doesn't affect me directly, so I stay on the sidelines. I suppose the one thing to do to help is what you did--send the message out on twitter, facebook, etc. That's a positive. I'm requesting you be a "friend", okay?

No apology necessary!  Spread the word as much and as far as you can. I might check out the "Useless without Coffee" group you're in. Sounds interesting.
