I've just been unfriended on facebook. Had a cousin's wife post this approvingly and I pointed out that cursing someone and wishing them dead are such christian things to do. Went a few more messages…Continue

Workout #40 is done. EA Sports Active 30 day challenge on medium is over. It took 48 days this time. I bought a better resistance band last week. It is a big improvement on the cheap thing that came with the game. I plan on restarting EA Sports Active on medium again. I couldn't do everything cleanly on 3 or 4 workouts. So a second go at the same level to work on that.

Workout #21 is done. I restarted the EA Sports Active 30 day challenge on medium instead of easy. Everything I hated the first time around only more of it. At least I remembered to stretch this time.

I finished the 30 day challenge on EA Sports Active for Nintendo Wii. It only took me about 80 days to do the 20 workouts. For anyone who only has space on tile floors for working out, puzzle mats for workout equipment are great. I got a set of 6 for xmas and now I can do everything in the kitchen space instead of on the living room carpet.

Next I plan on redoing the 30 day challenge on medium intensity. With Live Healthy Iowa 100 day challenge starting on the 20th I will have a bit more encouragement to keep going.

The Festival of Trees was last night. (local Jaycees hold a xmas tree auction for Women Aware) The Festivus pole(with 5th season of Sienfeld) donated by our local group didn't go for much. But there was a lot of dropping opening bids on other stuff, so we did alright. With almost 80 items to auction they had about the same number as last year, but I don't think they got as much bidding going. I think we might have done better if the auctioneer had ever seen Sienfeld and could have placed it instead of being more ???what's this????.
But I got what I wanted for a good bid. Blocks for my nephew from the local Woodworkers group. Their tree went for the 3rd highest price(I think)
