"Funny because religious people often say that atheists 'feel they can do anything they want' because we have no fear of hell or fear that God is watching. People can be ethical, people can be criminal whether they are religious or atheists."

About Me:
I'm an old coot, raised JW, became sceptical then outrightly disbelieving many years ago.

Politically (after years of wandering through philosophies-du-jour), I'm strongly pro-individual freedom, pro-market, to the discomfort of both my liberal and conservative friends.

Day job is computer administration for a large corporation. Off hours I like anything with machines and tools.

Nice looking dog you have! "Securing" a dog is a concern. Previous dogs have stayed outdoors ALL the time, never running away . But I live out in the country. Free roaming is my preference, but the H.S. doesn't like to hear that. I'm losing sleep trying to come up with an alternative.
