Jesus take the wheel.
Jesus is Lord!
Y’all need Jesus!
Jesus on stationery.
Jesus on itty bitty gold crosses dangling from your mom’s neck.
Jesus on billboards.
June 17th, after about an hour of service, Dylan Storm Roof slaughtered nine unsuspecting church members at Emanual A.M.E. Church in Charleston, South Carolina. There were not any obvious signs of his intentions, nor any reason to suspect him of ill will. The 21 year-old simply decided to kill members of this church for what now appears to be racially motivated reasons. Seeing how he was just…Continue
It’s fitting to have this war criminal, McCarthyite and lying “crook” who abandoned the White House in disgrace, as the figurehead for the modern War on Drugs, the holocaust of the modern age. Tens of thousands of lives were ruined, psychologically damaged (including mine), and plain murdered to keep the nightmare going. All perpetrated so many professions could feed off the mayhem like sea gulls circling a countless school of surface-feeding sardines. …Continue

For many, many years, I have always found an unending fount of devilish giggles whenever I read sappy church signs. You know, the ones that are thought up by the honorary witty member of the church congregation that plays on puns, abuses homophones, and loves to dabble in sappy poetry attempts. What better way to market a deity than…Continue
Christmas isn’t a big deal here in Taiwan, so it’s hard to get “in the season” or riled up by this “War on Christmas” controversy. But I want to celebrate the meaning of Christmas by giving away two things I really want, rather than buying them for myself.
First up is this amazing Christmas “ugly-sweater” with Baphomet on it.…Continue

I signed up for Dish Network (it's a satellite TV company) here in Yuma AZ. The new customer package was just $19.99/month and included extended Movie stations like HBO, Starz etc and entailed about 200 stations. After 3 months, "New Customer Promotions" ended & if I continued with Dish, I was forced to choose continuing that Extensive Package *at normal prices* (very co$$tly!) or choose another 'Package'. I chose the Budget Package which has about 50 stations and now costs me $40/month.…Continue
Although the rate of black on black homicide dropped from the rates of crack-fueled 90's, according to FBI statistics murder of black males under 20 is still the number the number one cause of death, nor is it any surprise that the majority of those numbers are…Continue
Recently it feels like I've been involved in too many discussions about what actually constitutes rape. Long, involved discussions that boil down to the argument that victims are somehow to blame for what happens to them, whether it's based on how they dress, what their behaviour was, if they did or didn't fight back and so on. I hit on a phrase that seemed to stop one friend in his thinking tracks: bullying someone into accepting sex is still rape, in exactly the same way that bullying…Continue

I have seen nothing on the news about the psychological history of the latest VT shooter. It makes me wonder if we ever will. I understand there is a lot of suffering going on and I do respect the privacy of the people who are victims of this horrific tragedy. I am just wondering what motivated this killing. My motivation to learn more is to see how this campus is targeted once again. My suspicion is that the shooter was bullied or felt some kind of injustice. Was there a violence…Continue

This afternoon I was contacted by Andrea from Lakewood Church. The Houston Megachurch that Olsteen leads. When I asked her about the cost of the ticket. She explained that it covered the cost of paying
for the Scottrade Center employees and various things such as that. I tried to express my view that if this is a message that is good for everyone to hear that provision should be made for making the event
free. Andrea explained that they used to have free attendance at these events…
