I started reading Dostoyevsky's The Brothers Karamazov the other day and came across the following. It was spoken by Smerdyakov (pg.203):
" Oh, nothing. God created light on the first day, and the sun, moon, and stars on the fourth day. Where did the light come from on the first day?"

I've been going to church now for 2 years, initially to help out after the weekly BBQ, washing the dishes and sometimes turning the community compost heap.
