To believe in, pray for and want the rapture to come (as

most Christians do) is to believe in, pray for and want the torture and death of

your fellow humans. There are many non-christians in the world and any half way

sensible person will know that they won't ALL be converted, EVER. So knowing

this and still wanting the rapture to come is SICK! What makes Christians

different from any other psychopath?

Pledge of Allegiance - My Way

This is my version of the Pledge of Allegiance.

"I pledge allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it was written, one nation, under the laws of said document, indivisible, where liberty and justice should be for all."

Just a quick thought about the U.S. being a Christian nation

Claiming the U.S. is a Christian nation because the founders were Christian and it was founded on Christian values is like saying it's a white nation because the founders were white and it was founded on white values. The latter of the two statements is insulting to every citizen of another race and the first is insulting to everyone of another religion. To which I commented back, "If they'd just put half the effort into serving each other the world would be alot better". To which he replied, "Well, that's part of serving the Lord, serving each other". I then politely excused… Continue
