PeeWee Herman's iPad review

A little off topic but if you havent seen it yet, its pretty funny. I suppose you could call the mac a bit of a religious cult with devoted followers, and this video could be considered a parody of that cult. Yeah, I'll try to run with that.

I vote for "Dangerous Talk" to be banned from A/N!!!!!

Dangerous Talk posts tons of things here and always closes comments. Its REALLY annoying and spam to use our site that way. He's also made it impossible to contact him without "friending" first, so I cant complain directly to him or in his comment sections. This is incredibly annoying and siphons traffic away from our site, and allows him to post without being able to be held accountable or debated fairly. I HATE IT!!!! Please kick… Continue

Racist, evil Aussies?

A friend of mine just got back after a year traveling in Australia and said while it was beautiful, she was shocked at how racist the Aussies were against the Aboriginal people. All walks of life she came across seemed to have nothing but scorn and contempt for "abbos" and used them as the butt of every joke.

Can anyone corroborate this? Was she just hanging in the wrong crowds?

Another thing she pointed out is that there are so many backpackers going there, that they have… Continue

Lets be fair and reasoned on Pat Robertson

Yes, he made what could be considered one of the dumbest, most poorly timed statements yet. But those are just words, honestly. What is Pat Robertson doing about Haiti's recent disaster:

"Dr. Robertson’s compassion for the people of Haiti is clear. He called for prayer for them. His humanitarian arm has been working to help thousands of people in Haiti over the last year, and they are currently launching a major relief and recovery effort to help the victims of this disaster. They… Continue

Fundamentalist christians want us to burn. Be burned alive.

For "rejecting the free gift of Jesus" they want us burned alive forever. How scary is that? Does that not qualify as a hate crime, and why are pastors not called out for hate speech?

Pastoral spiritual guidance is like taking health advice from the CEO of a tobacco company.

A blog post about the incredibly strong motivation so called "spiritual leaders" have to sell you the goods.

"love me or go to hell"

In this blog post, I propose that its actually impossible to love someone if there is an external threat that exists to compel you to love the person (IE they will kill you, or you will die, or your kids will die, or you wont get the 5 million dollar prize at the end of the show etc.)

If, on the other hand, you are willing to endure eternal torment to be with them and give up eternity in heaven with all the comfort and wealth you could possibly imagine, then THAT would be amazing… Continue

Ray comfort "apologizes" then thanks atheists for his fame ? Did I read that right?

The latest Ray Comfort video here seems like Ray Comfort and his idiot sidekick Kirk Cameron are basically telling atheists that his obvious lie and pretend apology about the banana thing and subsequent attention from Atheists debunking it has made them rich and famous. Seriously, is that supposed to be a "gotcha, atheists! We used trickery and managed to fool you into making our book a number 1 best seller, outselling even your hero Dawkins book all thanks to lying, then watching you all… Continue
