I have no clue about things, but i know that this was from God

Why is it that every time something positive happens which (perhaps) people thought of as improbable or impossible someone comes along and thinks that THIS is then a miracle of God?

Take the miners in Chile for example. Around 3 dozen men trapped several hundred meters below the surface for several months. Rescued by men after a tremendous effort of engineers and workers ? Well not really. Of course it was God who rescued them.....

Funny how, they never give god the credit for the bad things. My dh's cousin was shot through the temple by her boyfriend and died. Considering all the teenage girls who have lived throughout time and dated bad guys, not to mention in just her own community in Detroit, it is a miracle she ran into the one guy that was going to kill her.

Just because it isn't nice, doesn't mean it's not a miracle.

Its so amazing that whenever someone brings up the "but it was GOD'S WILL that those 3 dozen miners were down there nearly 3 months" the theist always has these strange "explanations". Either it is a:
"We wrestle with Gods will, we do not know it all." or a simple "Well, God had a purpose for that. Just look how this event has strengthened belief. If God would not put us through such trouble, how then should we realize his existence"

In short no matter what you say ... God surely must have had some plan (or it was caused by evil atheists ;) )

Yeah I hate that. It really annoys me when a professional athlete or other celebrity credits all of their success to god. As if hard work or the support of friends and family had nothing to do with it.
