Dreams we all have them, most of us don’t remember them after we wake up.  Some people are able to control their dreams.  I have done that but not in a very long time.

Lately I have been having a lot of dreams that feel real.  Every part of it seems like it is really happening only to wake up a few different times with my pillow covered in drool and my face buried in it.

While the dreams seem so very real to me they all involve stuff I have never done so I’d have no idea what it would really be like.  Having these types of dreams now again is something I like.  But since I have been having them so often it is having a different effect.  They have been pissing me off so very much.  Things in life I have missed out on and things I wished would happen but because I experience it almost every night it just drives home how unhappy I am when I wake up.   The waking world is boring, but sleeping and dreaming can be a real nightmare.

Yeah the only two groups I could find were church groups.  The joy of small towns.

I took at a look at your profile to see if you lived in a larger town but it looks like where you live is not very populated. I was hoping to suggest looking to see if there were any open groups around but in towns like yours I think they're usually started by churches which is probably not what you're looking for. So all I can say is that I hope you continue blogging about whatever is on your mind.

About dreams... I've had some pretty wonky ones and even some vivid dreams where I woke up and explored the setting consciously. Strangely for me those dreams begin to depopulate after a while and all the items in the scenery disappear. I'm not sure why it happens. I've heard people can conjure up stuff but I've never been able to do that without strange side-effects.

Sadly seeing someone isn't something I can do.  I am on a very limited budget each month and am lucky to have even $5 left at the end of it.

You could try talking to a therapist about it. I've had friends who started having vivid and intense dreams, pleasurable ones and scary ones, who ended up loathing going to sleep at night. They saw a shrink for a while and were able to sort out some issues they had no idea were the cause of them. With that help they were able to take back their restful nights.
