A biblical argument for gay marriage?

Owe no one anything except to love one
another, for he who loves another
has fulfilled the law."

I prefer simply reminding people that the US is governed by the Constitution, not the Bible. Each individual state is likewise governed by a constitution, not the Bible. If we allow the Bible to be infused into our laws how can we refuse other "holy books" to likewise be used to legislate the lives of others? Should we outlaw pork because Jews and Muslims forbid it or shellfish (Jews)? How about alcohol (Mormons and Muslims)? If we were to forbid everything based on the various religions in the US barely anything would be legal.

There's a good reason for the Separation of Church and State. While some don't seem to recognize or understand it we still need to enforce it for the good of all.

Not thinking in the slightest that finding something like this would be effective just find it an amusing idea because they use verses selectively and throw out the ones they don't like. Why can't I? Really I find gay people who find reason to stay christian pathetic.
