Amusing: Screenmonkeyman's Orb Delusion attack on Jaclyn Glenn? LOL

I found this hilarious bit of nonsense from some joker calling himself "ScreenMonkeyMan"

Where he claims Jaclyn Glenn is a Satanist, because of some moving "Orbs" which appear to be eminating from possibly reflection of light off a rotating object or interference pattern on the camera.

though since these light spots or orbs are only on the wall, they are more likely from a moving object such as a fan.

He goes on to show some sort of scary video on people haunted by orbs that show up in night vision cameras.

Yet, if you actually take a good look at those orbs, they are reflections from the eyes of animals.

The closer the animal, the bigger and stronger the reflection, since the IR globes used to produce a decent image are very strong, they produce almost blinding reflections from the retinas of animals, which make them appear as extremely bright orbs.

Though, here is the video so you can see for yourself either how Stupid or Satirical ScreenMonkeyMan is.

I think he is just having the public on.

As if he truly believes those orbs are signs of Satan, then he is definitely is one of the least intelligent humans on the planet.

Jaclyn actually made a video in response to this...

D DOG, thanks for the information about what can cause ghostly images in photos.

BTW, I'm still good friends with my first girlfriend, in fact all those I had dated.

I've never burnt a single bridge.

Hate leaving bad will behind.

I also discovered that she had stopped taking the pill, so I felt like she was trying to entrap me, so I went back to one night stands, as at least they are not wanting commitment that I wasn't willing to offer.

I lived with my first girlfriend for 9 months after having dated her for 2 years, and it wasn't until we were living together that I realized how controlling she was. She had already picked out the wedding ring and where we were going to live.  Even before I had shown interest in getting married, which I was not, as 22 was way too young for that.  I didn't feel even a little bit like settling down until at least 27 and even then I was half hearted about it.

Well, Dog, your take there on things with females came pretty close to my wife and I. That might be why we live apart right now. She wants to control everything but denies it to me. She thinks this is intellectual stimulation. Give her 2 more years and she will be Jaclyn Glenn. Things like this do not work but maybe this is why I am attracted to both women.

Ha ha Idaho, lens flare and even imperfections, plus dust and surface contamination, i.e. fingerprints, are well known for producing haunting images, that people subscribe to as proof of ghosts.

My own niece demonstrated to me another phenomenon of modern digital cameras that produces ghostly images and that is cheap cameras which have poor memory clearing functionality.

She was showing everybody a photo that appeared to be her mother, my late sister, looking into her window, yet my sister's image was very faint, but noticeable.

I then went through her collection of photos that were taken from that camera and found one that matched perfectly the image of my sister, same identical pose and expression and size.

This camera appears to limit photographs to specific blocks of memory, all exactly the same size, unlike most cameras which randomly access memory.

Thus photographs align with previously taken images, and if these images are not cleared out of memory, they produce ghosts in the following photos taken by this camera.

To back this up, I searched through all the photos taken by that camera and found ghosts of trees, windows and other people (still living) as recurring images.

Another reason not to buy very cheap, set photograph limit, with no memory slot cameras.

They could cause massive panic and delusional beliefs, in any extremely superstitious family.

My niece is still convinced that the image is her mother's ghost.

Though I won't argue with her, as it doesn't help matters.

I just smile and pretend to agree.

Well, maybe a little chuckle to myself when her back is turned.

:-D~

Yes Michael, she makes a very intelligent and pretty spokesperson for Atheism, yet, I don't think I'd be able to handle any more than the occasional convo with her.

I'd love to stand by her in her questioning irrationality, especially that of religion, yet, I wonder whether I'd handle the meal time convos if we shared accommodation.

I've shared accommodation with quite a few women, and my first girlfriend was a bit like Jaclyn, as she was very outspoken, but, even though we were both atheists, we'd lock horns on other subjects and I discovered that two stubborn people don't make a great couple.

The best house mates were those who had interesting differences, but spoke very little about their beliefs.

Such as I shared a house with three witches, where two of them are lesbians and one is bisexual. They were like sisters to moi at the time.

They spoke very little of their practising witchcraft and sexuality, which left me constantly curious and intrigued.

They were the most fascinating and interesting house mates I've ever known.

Where with people who let you know everything they question and believe, such as those who post their beliefs and thoughts on Youtube, the interest is reduced.

My wife is a very private person.

After 32 years, she still surprises moi.

Satan comes right out of your holy book. No holy book belief, no Satan.

As for Jaclyn Glenn, I think she is a darling. Even so, she might drive me insane in real life. Better to stay with that girlfriend.

When my brother showed me his picture, he first asked me what I thought it looked like.  I said it looked like a few fuzzy pieces of light in a dark room that some might construe to be an upside-down human figure, but not me.  To me, it looked like a fuzzy square of light with a fuzzy rectangle of light above it, with about 3 fuzzy lines of light around them.  When I said my best guess is that it was lens flare, he god very defensive and said he knew what lens flare was and that was no lens flare!

If he brings the subject up again, I'm going to ask him why a ghost would be made out of a rectangle and a square, and be upside down.
