I was stumbling the web, as is my wont, and came across this gem.
It is great to see that the American Judiciary is on the ball.

I suspect that many in the Southern states do. Luckily I teach in the UK. I have also worked in church schools in the past, so I have experienced the mind shattering ignorance and hypocrisy of the churchly set. Thankfully in the UK we have the National Curriculum, which although it has many floors it guarantees that Science is not doctored by doctrine. I have however become increasingly concerned about the ID "controversy" that started off in the states and has wafted as a stinking miasma across the Atlantic towards the UK. Sadly, in this predominantly secular society we allow the religious nutters airtime and influence. Our care bear politicians make the fallacious assumption that "all opinions have equal weight" and there is even some debate here into the validity of the theory of natural selection. This is also seized upon by Muslim clerics who join the argument on the side of ignorance, since any form of rational thought applied to their dogma unmakes their deity in the same fashion as it does for that other weird middle eastern religion - Christianity.

That's great.

I wonder how many school districts are having ID taught without any complaints.
