Someone should tell Sec. Carr about the proselytizing issue that came up at the Air Force Academy, which I hope by now has been dealt with.  As for OCF and other organizations, I'm not convinced that they have a right to operate, but if they do, it must be made unambiguously clear to them that their actions are at best secondary to their mission as soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines, and that their right to wave their faith about ends at someone else's nose.
